About our butchery

We opened the butchery in September 2015. We’re a family run business with a team of 6 members. We use and source our meat from local farmers and suppliers, by doing this it enables us to select the finest quality and to make the product affordable for any budget.

Our beef is sourced from Staffordshire, we use different breeds of beef. Aberdeen Angus,Hereford,Dexter and British Blue. We hang these carcasses for a minimum of 21 days. However we  have recently installed a unique Dry Aging cabinet which takes primal beef cuts to the next level enabling us to hang meat up to 73 days added a deep flavour and taste, we will offer sirloins, rib-eyes, fillet, T Bone and Fore rib of beef roasting joint.

We have won numerous awards for our sausages and bacon which are all made in our  butchery and gluten free.

Our pork and lamb is all free range and sourced within a 14 mile radius of the shop guaranteeing taste,quality and a wonderful selection of cuts.

We offer 2 varieties of Chickens we have our premium Free range whole birds and we then offer our local Farm fresh whole birds .

Alongside our great selection of meat we offer a fabulous selection of Award winning Pork Pies,Sausage rolls, our own cooked meats, and Hot sandwiches.

During the Covid pandemic we introduced a free local home delivery service which in 2022 we will hopefully launch nationwide
